Vietnamese Coffee is a style of coffee consumed all across Asia, but it is actually perfect for Australian spring. Strong, Sweet and Refreshing - it is a perfect way to enjoy your caffeine fix in hot weather!
Find a tall glass that can resist the heat of the espresso and fill it with ice. Add 4 shots of espresso (120 ml). Pour in 60 ml of sweet, condensed milk and stir ... it's as simple as that!
The general rule is however much coffee you add, use half that amount of condensed milk to achieve the perfect balance. If you have any, some chocolate flakes on top perfect this drink.
